Non-insulated or semi-insulated needles: Non-insulated needles deliver heat through all skin layers, whereas semi-insulated needles focus the heat at their tips, which can be safer for darker skin tones.
Adjustable penetration depth (0.5–3.5mm): Shorter needles target superficial concerns, while longer needles reach deeper for more significant collagen production.

How many treatments of Secret RF do I need?
Duration: A typical session of Secret RF Microneedling at Physician Artistry Medical Spa lasts about 60 minutes. We begin by applying numbing cream to the treatment area (if desired) and allow it to process. Your esthetician will then remove the cream and begin treatment which is about 20-30 minutes.
Number of Treatments: Generally, 3-4 treatments are recommended, spaced 4-6 weeks apart.
Downtime: Minimal, allowing patients to return to their daily activities shortly after the procedure.
What results can I expect from Secret RF
Patients may start noticing improvements after the second treatment, but optimal results typically appear 3 months after the last treatment. The results include firmer, more supple, and evenly toned skin.
